I like the cardio work out that I receive from the bike. It is easily moved and can be stored away .

Once you get past the complicated instructions and the fact that most of the hardware is attached to the parts (which is unclear - I called customer service thinking they forgot to include the hardware), it's a great sturdy bike. I put it together on my own in an hour. I bought it for my 70 year old mom and she likes the workout she's getting from it. It's sturdy enough to support her 200 pounds.

So far, the bike has been great. It was easy to assemble and the rollers made it easy to relocate anywhere. You should consider giving your customers the choice of seats, the original or one with a different design (even if the option is an increased price).

This is a well made sturdy bike. I am a small person so its a little hard to peddle for me but the more I use it the easier it gets.  Seems you can get a good work out on it and I would recommend it. I had someone put it together for me so I can't comment on that.

Box looked rough but contents in perfect shape, packed extremely well with thought.
Took part of 2 days to assemble with no problems. Wrenches, Phillip head, Allen wrenches needed included was a nice touch. Grease lubricant even included where needed. I added a bit more.
Very nice seat that adjusts easily with plenty room if you're shorter or taller than our 6'2” and 5'9 1/2” heights.
Really like the foot pegs when knees not up to pedaling.
Also moving wheels make it easy to move around.

The assembly for this is confusing with way too many parts and very time confusing. Even though the product is cheap, would not buy for the asembly alone. The manufacturer could pre assembled many parts to make easier.

Worked well for the first 5 days, then it started off putting out a real loud squeal.  I took the side covers off hoping to find the cause of the racket, but to no avail. I called up the customer service number, but they want you to go on line. I am returning it to Walmart ans will not buy another of this brand.
