That said, we’d suggest checking in with your physician first.*
Our products are purchased as a subscription. After your initial purchase, orders are automatically sent every 30 days to keep you on track. That said, it’s your Ritual: We’ll send you a notification each month a few days before we charge you and ship your next bottle. You’re free to rush or delay an order or cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account page.
Each batch of our multivitamins is tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition so we can be sure that what’s on the label is what’s in the capsules. We also complete third-party testing to help ensure our products are compliant with regulations and guidelines for heavy metals, microbes, and major allergens and to help assure the quality and safety of our products. The bottle for Essential for Women 50+ is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and is made of #1 PET plastic, which is highly recyclable curbside. The caps on our multivitamin bottles are #5 and are made of polypropylene.

Ritual has now become my everyday ritual. My daughter recommended the vitamin after completing much research. At present, I am taking the Muti-vitamin and Hyacerta for about a month....And, have added the melatonin for next order. The research instructs a 90-day trial and I am all in!

I’ve been taking this vitamin for several months now. It seems to be working as it should. My recent blood work came back with all good levels. Even my fingernails seem stronger.
