While we can’t speak for all localities and jurisdictions, at this point there are no state laws prohibiting the purchase of hemp-derived CBD.
Our Organically Grown Full Spectrum Hemp extract oil and topicals are legal to buy in all 50 states via the 2018 Farm Bill as our Hemp concentrate contains less than .3% THC. U.S. Federal law permits us to ship straight to your door.
Yes, though only in nearly undetectable, trace amounts. We do not remove the small trace amounts of THC contained in our Full Spectrum extracts because that would require the use of harsh chemicals that we ultimately do not feel comfortable with. We are also aware of the studies that show a greater benefit of a Full Spectrum extract with the symphonic relationship between the active compounds present, including THC. All of our products contain well under the limit for Hemp which is .3% THC.
We currently do not market any products that contain more than .3% THC, but we may choose to create and market a line of products with higher levels of THC in the future. At this time, we have no plans to bring such a product to market.
