We do not accept government insurance, including Medicaid or Medicare. If you would like to use our services as an out-of-network provider, you will need to pay cash for those services. We can provide you a receipt, so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement.

We do not accept insurance for medications prescribed for anti-aging (fine lines and wrinkles), melasma, eyelash growth, and women’s hair loss treatment, as insurance companies typically consider these non-medically necessary medications that they do not cover.
