This bench was exactly what I needed. I bought this in lieu of a plyo box because it was way cheaper. I wasn't sure if it would work but does just fine. I also bought an Everyday Essentials Squat Stand which this is clearly built to pair with well. It feels very sturdy and I like the high weight capacity and the fact that it doesn't take up too much space.

Quality Bench

I am an avid gym goer and have been working out for quite some time. I have built my home gym with several equipment including heavy weights, peloton bike and treadmill. I added this bench to my home gym and it did not disappoint. It is very well-made, no assembly needed and Just a perfect size. You won't be disappointed.

Balance from bench

Straight-forward to assemble. I was a little concerned about the width for bench pressing but if you're looking for a wide pad you can turn it around and put your shoulders on the wide end. I put a barbell pad in the gap but any cushion even a balled up shirt should make it comfortable enough to use it like that.

Easy and Versatile

I chose the Regular for $100 and am mostly satisfied with the product at that price. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that it has one manufacturing defect. The spring pin that you pull back to adjust the height of the padded leg piece (rest your shins against this when declined) was set too far to one side and will barely slide into just one of the holes on the leg piece. Annoying, but I can get it into one hole at least and don't expect to be using that peice all that much.
Pros: 
* cost
* good length when reclined, good height when upright (6ft 1 can rest head back)
* stable
* inclines and declines
* looks good
Cons:
* u-shaped (rather than t-shaped) bar at one end can get in the way of my feet
* padding feels a bit hard
* fairly large gap between seat and back rest when bench is flat
* came with some minor scuffs and scratches on the metal
Tips: 
* assembly time was 1 hr from unboxed to assembled (relaxed pace)
* assembly tools not provided so I needed one 14mm and two 17mm (I made do with an 11/16 for the second)
* organize bolts by size and parts list can help you identify which bolts go where based on how mamy it says there should be (not a big concern there arent many bolts)
* only hand tighten until fully assembled, then fully tighten everything, just enough that seat and back adjustments are still smooth but nothing is wobbly

Mostly satisfied for the price

I purchased the Monster version of this bench. 
This thing is an absolute beast. I was worried prior to its arrival because I was unable to find anything specifically reviewing this bench. Glad to say my worries disappeared as soon as it arrived and I felt how thick and solid the metal is. A lot of it was already assembled so there wasn't much to do once it got here. As far as the build quality goes, they did a very good job. 
One thing that could've been done a little better in my opinion is the bench padding and upholstery. The padding feels kind of like it belongs in a couch or chair but isn't typically what would be found in an exercise bench. It is upholstered with some kind of vinyl, I believe, and I am unsure of how it will hold up, although the company provides a nice warranty for the product. Overall, this is a really good bench at this price point, but could be outstanding if the padding and upholstery were better. 
Lastly, my order was cancelled once because of an error on Walmart's part, and then the replacement was a day late but I was able to work with Walmart to find a resolution. There were a few dings on the bench when it arrived but it's hard to know if that was Walmart or Fedex so I just bought some yellow touch up paint and filled in the chips.
